Rise & Thrive Co is a Not For Profit registered Charity. We are committed to facilitating self-healing and the empowerment of individuals affected by trauma through the delivery of our specialised trauma-informed recovery programs.

We aim to reduce youth disconnection, strengthen emotional regulation, and ensure every
young person — no matter where they live — has access to trauma-informed recovery and
support.
We work across schools, communities, and families to address behavioural challenges early,
helping young people build resilience, responsibility, and hope..

Our programs integrate therapeutic approaches, counselling, peer support, education, and practical coping strategies to address a wide range of trauma and mental health challenges, including anxiety, intergenerational trauma, and experiences of domestic and family violence. Each program is designed to empower individuals to process their experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop healthy, sustainable coping mechanisms that support long-term wellbeing.
